Busy independent insurance agency seeking a bright, energetic person to fill an immediate opening for a personal lines customer service representative.  Duties include all aspects of customer service including coverage inquiries, quoting and issuing policies, making changes to existing policies, billing questions and premium payments.  Full time position with competitive salary plus incentives; paid vacation and holidays; individual medical benefits; 401K and pension after 12 months of employment.  Payment/reimbursement of continuing education fees also provided.  One year or more of insurance or related experience preferred.  Excellent telephone, internet, computer and social media skills needed.  Reliability and punctuality a must.
