Be part of a dynamic health care setting serving frail elders of Rhode Island: C.N.A- Full time Provides personal care and services according to individual care plans for participants of the PACE Organization of Rhode Island. Provides for safe transfer/escort for participants going to the day center. Current RI C.N.A. certification. Willing to become a certified Food Safety Manager. Valid driver's license required. Minimum one year experience working with a frail or elderly population required. All of these positions are based in Westerly but may require travel to other sites in Rhode Island.
