Full-Time Accounting Administrator Needed Established not for profit organization seeks accounting administrator to oversee day to day accounting operations for three corporate entities, as well as, supervision of 2 bookkeepers. Position includes ensuring accuracy of accounting transaction coding / allocations, preparation of various interim, month-end and year-end AJE's, and account reconciliations. Administrator will also create various financial reports, review/analyze data, and work closely with Finance Director on budgeting, analysis and other projects. Candidates should possess at a minimum an Associate's Degree in accounting, 5+ years of progressive responsibility working in a multi-faceted accounting department, and 3+ years of supervisory experience. Applicants must be skilled in computerized accounting and MS office software applications, with intermediate /advanced Excel skills. Being detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills is a must. Previous experience working in a multi-program NFP agency and in Blackbaud Financial Edge software is ideal.
