Our Client is a startup company that is marketing a new dental application that could revolutionize the way the customer finds dental care at the right time and at the right price.

We are rolling out our new product and are looking for talented people to join our inside sales team   to market our product and expand our dental network nationwide.

We are looking for people who:

  • enjoy introducing an innovative new product through outbound calling
  • want to be part of a growing team that is dedicated to developing new relationships with in the dental community nationwide
  • Are passionate about providing state of the art customer service to new participants as well as maintaining and retaining relationships with the established network.
  • Possess problem solving skills to resolve any issues for clients and providers

Work Schedule: 40-hour work week (M-F) as assigned and additional hours as required

Compensation: $15-18 per hour

Primarily, out-bound calling, actively recruits dentists for network participation.  Communicates with and educates the dental community on proper implementation of the dental application, real-time transactions, payments, policies and procedures.  Assists in the development of and executes a comprehensive recruitment strategy that results in successful ongoing growth of the product network.

Essential Functions:

  • Actively recruits dental practices nationwide to participate in the product network via out-bound calls and distribution of collateral materials
  • Assists with development of strategies to recruit in new markets and expand existing markets
  • Supports field recruitment efforts as needed
  • Educates enrolled dentists on administrative aspects of the product
  • Interfaces with participating dental practices to gather necessary documents for enrollment in the program and credentialing
  • Maintains recruitment database and all records pertaining to recruitment
  • Assists provider offices in properly filing real time claims electronically
  • Provides recommended solutions to market related issues
  • Actively assists in growing, maintaining and retaining established network
  • Develops and implements approaches to working with dentists and their office staff to improve the quality of information exchanged between the company and dental offices
  • Assists in resolving elevated complaints and issues for clients, members and providers
  • Processes and distributes specific targeted dental provider cover letters, contracts and other contracting materials 
  • Gathers appropriate credentialing and other paper-work; conduct primary source verification as needed
  • Submits periodic activity and other reports as required; maintain database of prospects and activity as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in health care network recruitment, professional relations, sales or business development required
  • Working knowledge of dental office procedures and insurance practices a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Word, Excel and database programs
