CSR Call Center

Summer Jobs or longer

 

Our client is looking for candidates that can work a flexible schedule: 25-32 hours per week.

Typically 3 days, 2-night shifts – they are open 8am-10p Monday – Friday your  schedule can fall anywhere in that time frame

Pay Rate - $15 per hour

 Training is for 2-3 weeks you must available for training during the day from 9a-4:30p?

We require 100% attendance throughout the training; any missed time will result in the assignment be terminated.

Typical call center Expectations:

Great telephone skills

Average handles time of 6min per call

Should be able to wrap up the call while noting the account

Be logged in and available at the start of their shift

Any time off is scheduled in advance
