Home Based Worker (Direct Support Staff)

Join our team as a Home Based Worker (Direct Support Staff) in our Home Based Therapeutic Services program! We provide home based services to children with special needs and/or intensive behavior needs. Work closely with the child, family, clinician, coordinator and other staff to help a child accomplish their goals.

We currently have multiple positions available. All positions are part time and after school hours.

- 11 year old boy in West Warwick –Mon-Thurs 3:00-6:00 - 12 hours total (Portuguese speaking preferred)

- 9 year old boy in West Warwick – Mon-Fri 3:15-6:15 – 15 hours total  

- 15 year old boy in Warwick – Mon-Thurs 3:15-6:15 – 12 hours total  

- 9 year old in boy in Scituate – Mon-Fri 3:30-6:30, Sat 9am-2pm - 20 hrs total

10 year old boy in Hope – Mon-Fri 3:00-6:00 - 15 hrs total

10 year old boy in Smithfield – Mon, Thurs, Fri 4:30-7:30, Sat 9am-12pm - 12 hours total

4 year old boy in Providence – Mon-Fri 3:30-6:30 - 15 hours total

7 year old girl in Providence – Mon, Wed, Fri 3:00-6:00 - 9 hours total

6 year old girl in Exeter – Tues, Thurs, Fri 4:00-7:00 - 9 hours total

4 year old boy in Westerly – Mon thru Thurs 3:00-6:00 - 12 hours total

13 year old boy in Westerly – Mon thru Fri 3:00-7:00 - 16 hours total

All positions require experience working with children or adults with disabilities, behavioral experience preferred. Valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, safe driving record and access to a dependable vehicle required. Prior to employment, successful candidate must pass BCI background check and driving record check.
