Shipping Coordinator

 Immediate Opening for a Shipping Coordinator in a fast Paced Jewelry Manufacturing Company.

 Must be organized and energetic. Must be able to read and write in English.

  •  Advising ship mode on a daily basis for overseas factories
  • Tracking inbound shipments
  • Matching POs and invoices for Billing Dept.
  • Closing POs in our database
  • Helping in shipping/receiving when needed.
  • Full time position, requiring excellent attendance and punctuality.
