Job Description:  Vault Shipping and Receiving
Position Level:  Entry Level Hourly

Position Summary: You are responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the Vault by being self-motivated, having exemplary attention to detail, and having the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.  You are required to follow all company instituted safety and procedural guidelines at all times during your working hours.  You are a key component in the Company's customer satisfaction goals by ensuring shipment and product quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Precisely document incoming and outgoing product and scrap.
• Utilizing scales to weigh product and scrap precisely.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Utilize a hand-jack to move product throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and select items to be shipped and check weights for accuracy.
• Verify delivery quantities by comparing items received to the packing slips.
• Visually inspect for shortages and notify management of discrepancies.
• Move, lift, and carry, delivered items to appropriate areas and stock safely.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times.
• Adhere to company safety policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Math aptitude -- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Able to identify different systems of measures.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Precious metal background a plus.
• Reliability and good attendance is imperative.
• Ability to work from written and verbal instructions.
• Time management, planning, and organization skills.
• Ability to work as a team and maintain good working relationships with co-workers.
• Prior work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Able to pass a BCI check.

Working Conditions:

• Standing for prolonged periods of time - up to 8 hours or more per day.
• Frequent lifting of between 10 lbs. and 70 lbs.
• Moderate to loud noise level.
• Fast-paced environment: subject to numerous priority changes and short-notice activity.
