Over the last 5 years, Freshco Retail Maintenance has grown its revenue by over 50% and needs another Trades Co-ordinator to oversee the on-demand and preventative maintenance work for their retail clients.

Trades Co-ordinators analyze the work that needs to be completed based on work orders and preventative maintenance programs, co-ordinates the work with the retail store manager, dispatches the appropriate skilled technician, audits to ensure the work is completed to the retail store manager’s satisfaction and approves and submits invoices for billing.

 Accountabilities

• Receives and clarifies work orders/work from retail clients
• Co-ordinates each day’s work for trade technicians within their responsibility and based on severity level
• Schedules and dispatches technicians across US
• Provides oversight to ensure technicians follows retailer’s procedures, and audits approved work orders prior to invoice and billing.

 Required Skills

• Computer proficiency, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Demonstrated tact in handling challenging situations and multiple demands on time.
• Exceptional time manager, well organized and able to adhere to deadlines and budgets.
• Attention to detail, demonstrated ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience dealing with business/corporate customers.
