Public Events Coordinator

An expanding Integrative Medicine Practice in the greater Providence RI area is looking for a dynamic individual to run our Public Events Section on a full time basis.

If you enjoy meeting new people and coordinating public events with the purpose of attracting new patients and building corporate and community relationships, then this is the job for you!
 

Primary Responsibilities include:

*Booking and handling logistics for Trade Shows, Expos and Health Fairs
*Arranging Public Lectures and Corporate Presentations
*Giving tours of the Practice
*Arranging appointments for Introductory Consultations
 

Required Skills include:

*Ability to present offers, products and services (Basic Sales skills)
*Ability to Coordinate with members of our Business Development & Marketing Team
*Ability to take initiative on community events and other projects
*Ability to multi task; run multiple events/ campaigns at a given time
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work solo as well as part of a team

Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.
