Day Habilitation Case Manager: Supervise and participate in all operations of Day Program. Coordinating development of behavioral skill area program plans, oversee and employ physical intervention as necessary, assure all staff are trained and follow program plans. Maintain health/safety standards while encouraging staff and client independence/skill development. Communication is relevant between Day Program and residences within the program in addition to outside agencies. Must have Bachelors degree in psychology or related field, one yr. exp. required working with adults with severe developmental disabilities, Mass. health exp. req. and CARF survey exp. preferred.
