Inside Sales Administrator / Marketing Assistant
Job Description
Leading RI technology manufacturer is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Administrator / Marketing Assistant.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, smart and professional business manner, first-class customer care ethic, problem-solving skills, and a strong eye for detail.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to correspond with both inside and outside sales customers, personnel and other internal staff via email, fax & phone. This position requires a customer friendly personality and the ability to work as a team player with both customers, and marketing support vendors.
Duties include: order processing & expediting, handling customer inquiries, problem solving, order entry, quoting, working with customer portals, and assisting Marketing Manager with designing, and executing marketing campaigns and strategies. Excellent keyboard and math skills are necessary. Experience with electronic components a plus.

Job Requirements
Sales Administrator
Customer Service experience desired and preferred experience including but not limited to:
-Order Entry
-Assist IMS Regional Sales Manager, with Related Territory and Account Sales Activity
-Experience working with both manufacturer rep organizations as well as direct National Accts
-Perform both sales and marketing, special project responsibilities, as directed by IMS Global Sales Manager / Marketing Manager
Marketing Assistant
-Design and layout print ads
-Populate IMS datasheet templates
-Assist with Lead Forensics spreadsheets
-Perform IMS datasheet updates
-Convert all old format datasheets to new format
-Design Layout specialized and targeted marking materials
-Assist with organizing trade show schedules and set up.
Position Reports to: Global Sales Manager
Education Requirements
Minimum requirement: College Degree, preferred
Advanced Skills with MS Office, desired
