Medical Manufacturing Company - Assistant Needed    North Kingstown RI 

We are a fast paced medical manufacturing company in North Kingstown Rhode Island with a 25+ year history.  We are in search of a assistant who is capable and willing to do multiple tasks within our company.  

Responsibilities will include but not limited: 

• Assisting service coordination; ie helping maintain order spreadsheets, pulling warranty/non-warranty part orders, eventually dealing with customers on the phone and through email.
• Assisting Shipping Department; helping pack units, organizing accessory kits for new orders etc.
• Assisting with Assembly;  depending on experience could be assisting with soldering, assembly of small parts etc. 

 This is a multi-layered job where responsibilities could differ on a day-to-day basis until we find a good position fitting your skills/experience.  We are in the process of setting up manufacturing of a new product and we are all doing a little bit of everything during the set up process.  We are ideally looking for a person who is a hard worker, willing to help where needed, and willing to follow direction.

Job Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
