Production Supervisor (Process Team Coach)

The Process Team Coach is responsible for facilitating, coaching, and educating the teams to achieve shift targets and Company goals.

• Empowering teams to function autonomously while meeting production.
• Planning production customer orders and developing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, implementation of new technology, developing total preventative maintenance programs, planned workflow, improving production/assembly methods, and work force utilization.
• Planning and executing daily production tasks using different operational tools, which include JMS (Job Monitoring System) Dashboard to ensure accurate production, shipment and termination of completed jobs.
• Maintaining clear up-to-date communication with Customer Service & Logistics team for daily shipments and special deliveries to ensure timely shipments of all required jobs.
• Optimizing resources to maximize efficiency and sustain daily plan to meet production targets.
•  Maintaining Internal SLA above 95% between Production and Shipping.
• Meeting annual factory goals as defined in annual objectives.
