Leasing Agent
Leasing Agent position available for South County property management company. Duties include but not limited to- screening applicants, showing apartments to prospective tenants, collecting rents, managing files, coordinating turnover and assisting property manager.
Candidate must possess proven work ethic and the ability to multi-task. Must be able to work efficiently and idependently, take direction and learn quickly.
Professional presentation, personality and customer service skills a must- experience not necessary. We will be happy to train you!
Full time employment may eventually include a weekend day.
