JOB SPECIFICATIONS
The primary focus of this position is the on-going support, maintenance and implementation of multi- module integrated software system
- Work with software vendor and others to gain full understanding and capacity of software to enable full utilization and implementation.
- Provide technical support throughout all stages of the implementation process for The Keystone Group and all member agencies.
- Recommend process improvements, solutions and/or variations from established policy.
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Develop and conduct in-house training programs to end users. Develop and maintain up-to-date end user training manuals and materials.
- Assist with recommendations for short and long term plans.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
AA/AS degree in computer related field
BA/BS degree in computer science, business or related discipline; or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of related experience
Experience with training and or implementations preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Advanced personal computer skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality on all information.
