JOB SPECIFICATIONS
The primary focus of this position is the on-going support, maintenance and implementation of multi- module integrated software system

  1. Work with software vendor and others to gain full understanding and capacity of software to enable full utilization and implementation.
  2. Provide technical support throughout all stages of the implementation process for The Keystone Group and all member agencies.
  3. Recommend process improvements, solutions and/or variations from established policy.
  4. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
  5. Develop and conduct in-house training programs to end users. Develop and maintain up-to-date end user training manuals and materials.
  6. Assist with recommendations for short and long term plans. 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
AA/AS degree in computer related field

BA/BS degree in computer science, business or related discipline; or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of related experience

Experience with training and or implementations preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Advanced personal computer skills

  • Ability to work under stress, with interruptions and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on all information.
