Sales Support Administrator

WIMCO Villas is a leading vacation rental company, representing properties for rent by the week in the Caribbean and Europe. We are looking for a dynamic individual with good oral and written communication skills to join our sales team, working in our US office in downtown Newport, RI. 

What are we looking for?
Candidates with experience in a hotel reception/front desk role, or concierge or travel services positions.

For candidates who demonstrate good sales or administrative skills in this position, there are opportunities to advance into other sales or marketing roles.

Responsibilities include:
- Administration of Reservations Requests; Communication between Sales Reps and Property Managers
- Answering the phone; Discovering client's needs, and directing them to the appropriate sales person
- Preparing reservation confirmations and supporting collateral
- Handling inbound and out bound mail
- Entering updates on clients into database
- Creating Client Files.
- Fulfillment of brochures requests.
- Supporting Member of Customer Service Department; Special projects based on skill and experience
