Account Manager I
This position will provide oversight and support to school-based Medicaid billing clients within an assigned region. Improve customer satisfaction with timely responses and anticipating customer needs. Help on-board new clients and provider customer service to assigned accounts. Below is a more detailed description of duties and responsibilities. This position requires some travel.
Provide the oversight and management of accounts to ensure client account maximize reimbursement revenue.
Be a project lead during client on-boarding
Analyze data to monitor and provide feedback and trends to clients regarding Medicaid services (e.g. volume, status, notes, compliance with policy)
Anticipate non-compliance in areas such as service reporting and licensure and assist districts in meeting compliance standards and requirements
Review configurations for changes that require using change forms for IT Department.
Monitor policy and practice and instruct the district’s Medicaid policy to ensure compliance with relevant Medicaid rules.
Train special education related service staff and / or client administrators in use of CompuClaim’s software products
Facilitate regular, ongoing communication with clients to provide front line support, respond to requests and resolve issues using various print and electronic methods.
Create monthly reports for districts as needed.
Assist in developing training materials for workshops and presentations to update district staff regarding Medicaid requirements.
Available for scheduled travel to clients or conferences when needed. NOTE: travel tends to be seasonal. Depending on client base 10-25% of time is spent traveling by air and car.
