Document Control Coordinator

Description: The Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive and timely administration of all project related documentation and information. The primary role of the Administrator is to represent the company in all project meetings and other field matters relating to the Navy PM Contract.  The Administrator will make reports, enter maintenance requests into the system, be responsible for the incident reports and assist the On-Site Project Manager so he/she can attend to technical matters per compliance with the Navy Contract Documents.  

Objectives Must be able to complete and/or follow through with:

  • Permits and Licenses
  • MSDS sheets
  • task orders
  • Tracking and reporting
  • Quality Control Assessments
  • e-filing to the government
  • Incident reporting
  • Labor Reporting
  • Safety Inspections

Qualifications:

  • Must know Microsoft Access
  • Devising and Maintaining office systems
  • Invoicing
  • Organizing and storing paperwork and computer documents
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • At least 5 years experience with Quality Controls systems
  • OSHA 10 prefer OSHA 30
  • Knowledge of basic Accounting
