Lincoln Technical Institute in Lincoln, RI, has an immediate opening for Nursing Instructors to train our students in our LPN program.  We are a member of the Lincoln Educational Services family of schools.

Sign-On Bonus:  Full-time $2,000

                           Part-time $1,500

Positions are available for most specialties. Various schedules available: Morning and afternoon Part time positions--classroom and clinicals.

•Lead and manage students and direct learning activities in the classroom, laboratory, and clinical sites

•Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times

•Advise students on attendance, grades and discipline issues as necessary

•Complete, in a timely and accurate manner, all required forms: attendance, grade reports, mid-term reports, student advising forms

•Provide students with academic support, tutoring, and skills enhancement as necessary.

• Secure and utilize approved course materials and teaching methods in order to ensure that the needs of the students are met

•Prepare and organize the lesson materials, equipment, and training area

•Develop training aids and projects relevant to the subject matter taught

 

Job Requirements

 

Qualified candidates must have

 

•Minimum of a Valid RN license in Rhode Island

•MSN from an accredited institution

•Minimum of three years' nursing experience required

•No teacher certification or teaching experience required--all curriculum have been developed
