Looking for licensed lawn care specialist for MA & RI

Wanted: Smart, Hardworking, Trainable Individuals

We are a small family owned organic business located in Johnston RI currently seeking a fully trained lawn care specialist to help grow our business in Southern MA & RI. We are willing to train the right Candidate.

Qualifications:

MA pesticide license,

RI pesticide license not mandatory but a plus

Great work ethic

Motivated to help grow and maintain happy customers

Able to work independently as well as reporting to the office

Communication skills

Ability to write legibly

Valid driver’s license

Must be 21 years of age

 

Responsibilities:

 

Driving company vehicle to customer’s location

Applying fertilizer to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and instructions

Respond to customers request in a timely manner

Assisting in growing sales

Measuring the lawns of new customers and provide them with accurate prices

Maintaining communication with the office and dropping off proper paperwork at days’ end

 

Pay:

Pay is negotiable according to experience

After 3 months’ salary position is available

Commission is offered

10% commission is offered for bringing on new customers, and 5% commission every year after that as long as you and the customer stay with our company

Company operates from St. Patrick’s Day to Thanksgiving
