Help people develop daily living and work skills. Assist people in the community, at their jobs or home. This is fun and rewarding work. No direct experience is necessary. We offer outstanding training and you can gain experience in the fields of Social Work, Psychology, Education and Recreation. This is an entry level position with prospects for advancement.
High school diploma or equivalent a must. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. You must have a valid driver license and been driving a minimum of two years with an excellent record.

You should enjoy interacting with and motivating people. You must have a positive attitude, good communication skills, follow through with assignments, be able to work in a tight team atmosphere and have good basic math skills. We are seeking motivated candidates who have good computer and writing skills that could assist people supported to create a resume and obtain employment. Employment could either be volunteer or a paid position. We are seeking candidates who could conduct research and assist in job development. You must be reliable, responsible, willing to learn, and want to create fun.
Flexible schedule but must be able to work a minimum of (1) Overnight and (1) Weekend Shift per week. We have Fill in, Part time, and Full Time available.
Part time benefits include earned time off. Full time benefits include earned time off, health and dental insurance with very low co- pays, life insurance, pension plan, tax sheltered annuity, flex spending and employment referral bonus.
This is an entry level position. Starting hourly wage is $10.76 per hour with a merit increase in six weeks and six months.
