JANITORIAL Non-Profit organization has a part time janitorial position in the Hopkinton, RI area. Duties include routine cleaning of all common areas at a 52 unit senior apartment building. Must be able to use commercial floor cleaning equipment & commercial cleaners & be able to lift /move 50lbs. This is an ideal position for someone who is semi or fully retired or others. Hours are approximately 3 hrs per day Monday thru Friday. Other duties will include routine cleaning of glass surfaces, counter tops, public restroom, community room, office spaces and stairwells. Removal of snow from walkways, doorways and applying ice melt as needed are required. After a 3 month trial period position requires that you live on the property which is located in Hopkinton, RI A very nice one bedroom unit is provided as part of the compensation along with an hourly wage.
