Job Description:

• Handle incoming calls including scheduling, cancellations, and health coaching inquiries
• Schedule appointments including initial, follow-up, reschedules, etc. (received via phone, email, referrals, or opt in forms)
• Make outgoing scheduling calls for specific clients
• Work on special projects for the Health Coaching OPS team

Responsibilities of position:

• Correctly schedule appointments
• Handle one-off requests from direct supervisor within 24 hours
• Research participant inquiries and respond in 24 hours
• Identify and escalate priorities to direct supervisor
• Coordinate the tracking and shipping of Tobacco Cessation kits and NRTs
• Record voicemails and return calls within 48 hours (with exception of weekends/holidays)

Experience and Education requirements

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills required

·        Strong technical skills and ability to work with data

·        Independent judgment and ability to make decisions required

·        Ability to lead in a fast paced environment required
