• Installs and directs installation of assemblies in building or work-site.
•  Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet construction schedules, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel.
•  Studies schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job. Analyzes and resolves work problems.
•  Maintains time records and coordinates schedules, also the foreman will make cost estimates for contracts.
• Any other duties that may be required of the foreman by the company president or operations manager. 
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair hermetic, semi-hermetic, reciprocating and scroll chillers, pneumatic components (e.g., t-stat, VAV box, valves), air compressors, air dryers, PRV, supply and branch air, and refrigeration equipment (e.g., coolers, refrigerators, freezers and ice machines). Braze and soft solder refrigerant, pneumatic and water lines.
• Use Facilities Automated Control System to locate system problems and take corrective action; trouble shoot and repair all air conditioning units, water coolers, split systems, heat pumps and mixing boxes; trouble shoot, repair and adjust pneumatic, electronic and line voltage controls.
• Maintain and repair air handlers to include adjusting airflows and temperatures to achieve energy savings and comfort level.

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• HVAC license, (Journeyman,or  Master)
