Town of Charlestown, RI Director of Planning The Town of Charlestown is seeking applications from qualified professionals for the full-time position of Director of Planning. This position organizes and directs the activities of the Planning Department, evaluates land use proposals, prepares and conducts planning studies, provides staff support to the Planning Commission, and prepares and administers the department's annual operating budget.
