The
Charlestown, Rhode Island Police Department is currently seeking
qualified recruit level and certified police officer candidates to
fill existing vacancies within its organization. The current base
salary for this position is $56,400.00 with a generous
benefit package. Upon successful completion of the mandatory
one year probationary period, officers will advance to permanent
police office status; with four annual pay increases to a base
salary of $72,621.00. Applicants must meet all minimum
qualifications for the position of Probationary Police
