Town of Charlestown Parks and Recreation Director The Town of Charlestown is seeking applications from qualified professionals for the full-time position of Parks and Recreation Director. The P & R Director organizes, directs and oversees all recreational activities and facilities of the Parks and Recreation Department, provides staff support to the Parks and Rec Commission, and prepares and administers the department's annual operating budget.
