TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN PART TIME ASSISTANT HARBOR MASTER The Town of Charlestown is presently accepting applications for a part-time Assistant Harbormaster responsible for patrolling the waters in the Town and enforcing both State and Town boating regulations and mooring regulations. Applicant must be familiar with coastal ponds and waters of Charlestown, proficient in the handling of boats, capable of working with Federal and State authorities, familiar with mooring tackle and its limitations.
