HOUSING INSPECTOR:The Central Falls Housing Authority is accepting resumes for the full-time (30 hour) position of a Housing Inspector. This position will work in coordination with Public Housing/Section 8 Housing Quality Standards. QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS: *Average written and oral communication skills. * Knowledge of HUD's HQS and local code requirements. * Sufficient knowledge of physical and structural systems to identify effective repairs.* Bilingual - Spanish recommended, but not required. EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION: *One year of experience as Housing Code Inspector required. * High School diploma or Associate Degree with a background as a rehabilitation specialist, skilled tradesman, general contractor or Maintenance Mechanic.
