Robotics Engineer/Programmer

TPI Composites, Inc. has an opening for a Robotics Engineer/Programmer in our Fall River Location


This position will be responsible for robotic programming and systems integration in support of our manufacturing startup and quality requirements.  Successful candidates must have the ability to make technical decisions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, provide leadership to operators, and work well in a team setting.  TPI will provide supervision, training and technical support as needed.


The successful candidate will have experience with:



  • Allen Bradley PLC programming experience

  • 3D modeling experience with Solidworks, Catia, or Unigraphics

  • 6-axis robotic programming experience with Motorman, ABB or Fanuc

  • Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems

  • Knowledge of fixturing and measuring complex part shapes

  • Troubleshooting hardware/software

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

  • Greenbelt and ISO 9001 is not required but would be a plus
