The Mario J. Gabelli School of Business
The Gabelli School of Business (GSB) is one of five professional schools within Roger Williams University that offers students the opportunity to receive an outstanding professional education within the structure of a liberal arts university.  The School offers six business majors: Accounting, Economics, Finance, International Business, Management, and Marketing.  The GSB is accredited by AACSB-International and its 30 full-time faculty members bring a combination of prestigious academic credentials and achievements, real-world professional experiences, and international perspectives to the 800 full-time undergraduate students enrolled in the school.  The GSB provides a superior learning environment that is highly supportive of faculty and students that includes project-based programs, international study programs, and faculty-sponsored student research. Job Description:
The Gabelli School invites applications for a tenure-track position in Management at the Assistant Professor level.  This position is planned to begin in Fall 2015 but could potentially begin in January 2015.  Responsibilities include teaching business policy as well as related courses (e.g., small business management, entrepreneurship, leadership, or organizational behavior).

Requirements:
The successful candidate will maintain excellence in teaching, engage in an active program of scholarship that results in quality, peer reviewed journals, participate in service activities, and be enthusiastic about student advisement.  Candidates should have an established record or strong potential for quality innovative instruction, research that is publishable in quality, peer-reviewed journals, and service to the University and community.  Minimum requirements include completion of the Ph.D., D.B.A., or equivalent degree in Management from an AACSB accredited institution.  Business experience is a plus.  ABD candidates at advanced stages of dissertation preparation may be considered.
