Mansfield Housing Authority Leased Housing Administrator position for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program. Responsibilities include administrative planning, initiating reports required by the Housing Authority, HUD, and DHCD, resolving tenant/landlord issues, and recertification of tenants utilizing good math skills and applying Federal and State Regulations that pertain to the programs. The ability to read, understand, and apply regulations is essential. Individual will be required to understand basic accounting principles & practices, possess strong organizational skills, and possess good written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate must also be computer and technology literate. The position is funded for 30 hours/week but may increase to 37.5 hours/week depending on funding availability.
