Hospice Spiritual and Bereavement Care Coordinator
As seen in The Sun Chronicle
Coordinates spiritual care services and all bereavement activities sponsored by the Hospice Program consistent with client/family beliefs and desire for service. 32 hours per week with pro-rated benefits
Qualifications:
- Experience in spiritual/pastoral counseling
- Experience in the area of grief and loss
- Interfaith approach to Spiritual Care
- Master’s Degree in pastoral counseling or Social Work, Counseling or related field desired
- Commitment to the Hospice
- Philosophy of care
- Home care experience required
