Intake Nurse - Full Time with Benefits
The Intake Nurse is responsible for initiating (facilitating) the intake process. The nurse in this position is responsible to identify appropriate fee sources, obtain physician orders, demographics and identify current trends in home care.
Qualifications
Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license; working knowledge of drugs and nursing diagnosis formulation; detail oriented; professional phone manner.
