INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER
Proactive management and direction of the data services and systems of NAED’s Information Systems Division in operation, maintenance, support and training. Includes the day-to day IS performance, Disaster Recovery administration and development, Systems Management (LAN/WAN). Manages and monitors vendor
contracts. Facilitates the annual updating of the department’s Technology Plan.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5-7 years’ related experience. LAN environment and maintenance experience is required. Experience with budget and business development is necessary. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Amazon Web Services certifications preferred. Experience with municipal utility
operations is desirable.
