The North Attleborough Electric Department, a municipal electric utility with approximately13,000 customer meters, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of:
IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Assists and supports the IT Director relative to the management and direction of data services and systems within the IT Operations Department to include: disaster recovery, cyber security and NERC compliance. Provides support to NAED staff on software/hardware concerns and work processes to include: Help Desk services, Harris and Great Plains software and AMR/AMI meter technology. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or 5-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Municipal Electric Departments preferred. Specific experience with utility billing applications necessary.
