PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

FIRST SHIFT

CPS seeks an experienced manufacturing supervisor to manage the day to day production and quality requirements of a 5-10 employee manufacturing cell in a safe continuous improvement environment. The successful candidate will have Lean Manufacturing experience and a minimum of 3 years experience as a hands-on manufacturing supervisor. Monitor and ensure that all shift personnel are properly trained and working in compliance with company policies and procedures regarding quality, productivity, safety and housekeeping. Conduct performance evaluations, employee counseling and disciplinary activities. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and be able to read and work from product drawings and specifications.
