Chelsea Groton Bank, southeastern Connecticut's largest community bank, is seeking a Collection Manager to manage Commercial and Retail Loan collections and workouts. Exceptional customer service required. Position includes maintaining appropriate records and reports; continually seeking productivity and process improvements; and ensuring the Bank's compliance with laws, regulations, Investor, Guarantor and Private Mortgage Insurance requirements. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field and 5 years of experience with loans, collections, lending laws, credit analysis, lending or other directly related experience.
