RECRUITER

As a Recruiter for the Human Resources team, you will assist with and manage recruiting activities and build candidate relationships by providing candidates with their first impressions of the company. You will contribute directly to the delivery of talents that build the winning team for our clients growing business.

A week in the life of a Recruiter:

• You will define the best and most cost-effective recruiting channels according to the level of positions.
• You will ensure the recruitment of strong talent within defined timeframes.
• You will create strong relationships and partnerships with identified universities.
• You will support and collaborate with hiring managers during the screening and interviewing process by providing regular status updates of the recruiting process.
• You will be responsible for utilizing social media as a recruiting tool in order to ensure company visibility.
• You will manage systems and programs that include applicant tracking, the global LinkedIn account, referral program and internships.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• To succeed at this job, you must have: experience with partnering with hiring managers, building effective sourcing strategies and relationships and a customer service focus that provides excellent candidate experiences.
• You must be fluent in English.
• We would like someone to join our team who is people-oriented, proficient in social media, analytical and results-driven.
• You must have a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• We are looking for someone with 2 - 5 years of experience as a Recruiter.
