D&I strategy needs to be data driven and currently the Office of Diversity and Inclusion is unable to access workforce data in a timely fashion. We require part-time analytics support to help to create reports, verify data derived from GPS and People Center analyze D&I workforce trends in a proactive fashion. In addition, I am now responsible for regulatory filings, including AAP and EEO-1 filings and supplier diversity, which will pick up volume in 2019. I do not have the technical skills on my team to address this need. This is not a FT position.
Total Monthly Hours Anticipated: 25-40 hours per month
Monthly, Quarterly and Ad-Hoc Representation Reports (Global, US, Business Unit and Leader Manager Levels and other levels to understand composition) (5-10 hours per month)
- Race, Ethnicity, Gender and Other Dimensions of Diversity (disability, vets and LGBTQ (future state)
- By discipline (legal, manufacturing, technology, marketing etc.)
- By level
- By location
Strategic Data Analytics and consulting (5-10 hours per month)
- Understand Benchmarks for D&I reporting
- Understand trends
Engagement Survey Review and Updates (10-20 hours annually)
- Understand data trends by demographic group
AAP, EEO-1 and Other Regulatory Reports of Workforce Representation
- Review and QC data prepared for federal and regulatory body reports
- AAP and EEO-1 (10-20 hours 1x per year)
- Regulatory filings 2 -6 per year (10-20 hours per year)
- As needed reports
Supplier Diversity (5 hours per month subject to increase in 2Q 2019)
- Assist with collecting and analyzing spend data derived from multiple systems
- Collate MFDBE spend into a single report.
- Assist with building SAP reporting capabilities
