• Client's front line call center and first “voice” the customer may hear
• Services customers by providing information; resolving questions; scheduling appointments and service problems
• Meet the needs of Client Customers by meeting service level standards responding to calls, faxes and inquiries in a timely manner
• Multi-task in a fast-paced, call center environment
• Capable of problem solving

Responsibilities of position:

• Incoming call management – 80%
• Outgoing call management – 10%
• Other – 10%

Experience and Education requirements

• Customer Service experience in a multi faceted call center environment
• Experience in Wellness or Health industry a plus
• High School Diploma required; advanced education preferred
• Ability to navigate basic computer systems including Microsoft Office required
• Excellent communication skills
