Our client seeks an enthusiastic addition to our customer service team.  This position requires superior telephone and written communication skills.  To provide our customers with the highest level of product and service excellence, you will need to have exceptional problem solving, documentation and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include: price quoting and providing product and customization information via phone and e-mail, as well as data entry, filing, assisting with sales projects, and receptionist duties.

To become a successful product specialist, you must be extremely detail oriented and proficient in Word and Email communications.  3 to 5 years experience with phone-based customer service and a stable job background required. 

Pay commensurate with experience.  Benefits include health, dental, vacation and a 32-40 hour work-week. Pay range $12-$15 per hour.
