Needed
for a large apartment community located in Attleboro, MA. Some
duties include but are not limited to painting & sheetrock
repairs to occupied & vacant apartments, snow removal &
on-call emergency maintenance requests.


The
qualified candidate must have excellent time management skills, be
able to work independently and is goal oriented. Painting and
carpentry knowledge is a plus.


Must
have a valid drivers license. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds,
climb and work on ladders, work with arms raised over head,
stand/walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend at waist and
knees to lift boxes, appliances, furniture, shovel snow etc.
