PLUMBING/HVAC POSITION

This is a full time, 40-hour per week position. Schedule changes and overtime may happen in this position and in case of emergencies or a special function; you could be called upon to report for work at any time of the day or night.  

This position is primarily to perform plumbing tasks, and some HVAC maintenance work. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

•  All types of plumbing repairs.
•  Proficient in soldering pipes, faucet and toilet installations, and Pex Tubing experience
•  Required to do maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. on mechanical equipment, i.e. changing filters, greasing bearings, changing belts, etc.
• During the winter you will be assigned snow removal duties.
• Occasional heavy lifting
• Employee responsible for supplying his own personal hand tools.
