Job Description:
Amalfi Caterers is seeking a catering chef to direct the culinary operations for our fast growing, high end catering division. This position is responsible for collaborating with venues, planners, vendors and clients to develop incredible culinary experiences for our event guests.
Since 2002, Amalfi Caterers has distinguished ourselves by offering unique and personally designed menus. Our personal hands on approach to each client has heightened Amalfi's standard and will enhance our catering menus while we connect to each event client, providing them with a truly memorable event.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a high volume catering chef preferred.
- Must have a thorough understanding of food and labor costs.
- Ability to work directly with clients to develop creative and customized menus.
- Must have an absolute passion for food and surpass expectations.
- Must be able to work independently and complete all tasks proficiently and in a timely manner.
Position available immediately.
- Bonus plan.

- Work permit applicants who do not directly have legal permission to work in the location of this job will not be considered.
