Solar Ready Solutions is a solar fulfillment company - meaning we do the solar installations for various solar sales companies. We are currently expanding into Rhode Island from Northern Utah to grow our business. We are looking for motivated electricians / journeyman who can help represent our business while the owners are not physically there. Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Must be currently licensed in Rhode Island
• Be able to prioritize and work independently and in a team
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Must be able to perform meter upgrades
• Be able to complete the electrical installation of a grid-tied photovoltaic solar system
• Candidate will need to be able to climb on roofs/attics quickly and safely
• Additional duties required as needed

Desired:

• Have your own tools
• Residential electrical experience
• Have your own business license
• Renewable energy experience, specifically solar energy

Health benefits may be provided after a 90-day probationary period.

Base pay is $45,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience.
