Skilled Laborer The Town of Mansfield has 2 skilled laborer positions to fill.In the Highway Division the candidate should be familiar with power equipment, jack hammers, brush tractors, dump trucks, sanders, and snow plows, etc. Hard physical labor will be frequently required. High school diploma and three years of general construction experience is required and a valid Class B CDL license is required or must obtained within 6 months of hire.In the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) the candidate will perform light and heavy manual tasks requiring some specialized skill or knowledge in one or more of the mechanical trades. Provides assistance to maintenance staff or others engaged in the maintenance and operation of the WPCF. Performs grounds keeping, housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance work in the WPCF.
