Customer service position at a Cleaning / New Flooring store: 

We are seeking a person with a great attitude and great energy who is personable and motivated.  Must be detail oriented with computer skills.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, directing calls, dispatching technicians, computer entry and interaction with walk-in customers.   Must be able to work in a fast paced environment as well as be a self-starter during downtime.
