Job Description
Ashaway’s controller is responsible for the coordination and management of the accounting and administrative areas. This position oversees all accounting functions, cash management and administrative personnel. The controller is Ashaway’s key representative with financial institutions, insurance companies and other outside vendors.

Requirements
Proven track record and solid accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Management skills to oversee accounting operations and staff who handle day-to-day transactions.
Hands on, operations oriented finance manager.
Experience with cost accounting, budgets and physical inventory.
Experience in small companies is a plus.

Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Accounting concentration.
4-5 years experience as a Senior Accountant or Controller.
Experience with software packages similar to Great Plains.
